TP-2 Two-Pickup 12-String Basses

Waterstone TP-2 12-string basses

The Waterstone TP-2 12-string basses appeared in late 2004 and were available in three standard finishes - Transparent Cherry Red, Yellow, and Mint Green. Twenty basses were made in each of these colors. The primary distinguishing feature between the TP-2 and the later TP-12/34 basses is the width of the neck. The TP-2’s are 54 mm wide at the nut with a width of 65 mm at the 12th fret. On the TP-12/34’s both of these measurements are 6 mm narrower.

Twenty Waterstone Model TP-2 12-string basses were made in the Yellow Finish.

Mint Green finish Waterstone TP-2 12-string bass. Twenty basses were made in this finish.

A few Waterstone Black TP-2 12-string basses were also made.
