Cheap Trickzine was a bi-monthly fanzine created by fans of Cheap Trick. In addition to the cover photo and several other photos of Tom Petersson and his 12-string basses, this issue also includes an interview with Cheap Trick’s live show keyboard player Tod Howarth. Howarth later played a Waterstone 12-string bass in his own band.

The reviewer writes, “‘Speak Now or Forever Hold Your Peace’ is a showcase for Tom’s thundering and innovative 12-string bass which embodies the Cheap Trick live sound…” and, “Rounding up the collection comes ‘Auf Wiedersehen’, showcasing Cheap Trick at its most devastating.
