This Picture was an alternative rock band formed in Cheltenham, England in 1989. The band released two albums. The song “Step Up” has bassist Austen Rowley playing the 12-string bass.
This Picture - City of Sin - 1994
Bassist Austen Rowley played his Black Hamer B12A 12-string bass on the song “Hands On My Soul” and also used it in the video for this song. About a year after this album was released the band broke up and Rowley seems to have dropped off the planet.
